It would be nice to be in the middle of this testosterone fest but I definitely prefer to be in DC volunteering to improve the day of someone who needs it. Unfortunately, I had to turn down the opportunity to travel to our nation’s capital and opt for a spring break at home doing nothing to improve my day… :c( In the bright side, I am at home spending it with my family and relaxing as much as I can before the semester gets back at full throttle. I guess that it is a way to improve myself, ain’t it?
Spring Break is flying by too fast! I would brood in sadness but I have a date with the State of California at the end of the month :c)

It almost seems that it will be a matter of time before my acquaintances and friends at UF will be able to connect my lovely blogging alias with the real deal. It may be in result of over analysis but I can think of at least a handful of individuals (not counting the ones I have met through this blog) who have hinted very subtly of my online habits.
I am even connecting the dots from what someone warned me a while ago. I first thought he was refering to my Facebook profile but he may have worried I may “defame” him on this blog. I have not defamed anyone and I will not even start now.
Even if I had all the reasons to come clean and use my real name here, I figured its more fun to still have a pseudonym (or stage name) to go by around these parts of the web.
For the most part, I will continue to do what I have been doing since post number 001. I feel its what I do best online.

Obviously that reference comes from the line in Brokeback Mountain “I wish I knew how to quit you.” Ledger was a great actor and the last person I would think to have a tragic death. The news of his passing was pretty shocking.

If everything falls into place I will have my first taste of a night out in Gainesville tonight (after many futile attempts) with the two gal pals I met a few weeks ago.
One of the ladies had her birthday yesterday so it will be her birthday party tonight.
For this reason, I may hold up coming out to at least the birthday girl because I don’t want to avert attention to me on HER night. I am unsure what the outcome will end up looking, but if I do come out it will be a relief to have someone I can rely on and not worry about hiding anything.
Regardless if I do or don’t come out, I am having fun!

I assume that people already know about the passing of Kanye West’s mother.
I am paying respect to Kanye’s mother not because of his celebrity and his keen sense of fashion (I even have to admit he is very fashion savy with a good taste in clothes), I feel obligated to do so because I respected him for the pride he had as a mother’s boy.
Kanye showed me that there is no shame in being a momma’s boy. In his eyes, momma West was the best while I think my loving mother is the best. The truth is that all loving mothers are indeed worthy of all praise especially from their children.
It must be hard for Kanye to lose someone as close as his mother and I have been thinking about this passing even more than usual because of the passing of my father earlier in the year and because I don’t see my mother everyday.
If by the odd chance Kanye reads this… My thought and prayers are with you and your family. I am sure you’ll walk away and continue to live your life.

I had an awesome weekend despite the Gators losing to those damn Dawgs. I had my first experience in dealing with too much alcohol and the morning after hangover. I stopped drinking before I drank too much to regret it (I am happy for that), but whoa! Alcohol does make life a lil bit funnier and sexier. Details will come soon.

Yet again, I have been witnessing a surge of new people I am getting the chance to meet. I know these fellow bloggers will still experience their share of hits even without my shout-outs, but I have decided to show some love anyways to the new additions of my blogroll (and my Bloglines favorites).
A Boy’s Life In Utah… Zag’s encounter with his Pride Student Club really opened my eyes in confirming my nightmare that I may not fit in the Gay community on campus. He went through his struggles and now is living his life open. Unfortunately, though, he just bid farewell to blogging. Do I sense a comeback?
Alternativ Life… Cody just came out to almost everyone now. I just found his blog so did I encounter his blog too late? I don’t think so, he seems like a nice guy with a nice blog and a nice name.
Closet Frat Boy… I found his blog because he linked to mine first. I am flattered but honestly, he has a nice blog also.
Figuring Myself OUT… Awesome guy that became even “awesomer” when I found out we have a common bond. We are both SG freaks enthusiasts.
Jake’s Life… I found his blog a while ago, but he deserves a shout out, just ’cause he’s that cool.
Fixing My Life… Mike has a keen sense for eye candy but he is far from a shallow twink. He spices it up not with the gorgeous men plastered in his blog, but with his thoughts all around.
Reality Rewind… Many of you know him as Cameron from Waiting in Oz. Well, he is making a come back with this new blog. Hopefully he will keep it longer than one night,

He is also a great fanatic of the Mighty Bison of North Dakota State. Did I just say mighty?… What Dakota State?!? I am just teasin’ Joe. He likes Heroes’ Milo V. Huge ++++++ points.
Steve and Warren… I have been slacking on keeping up with their blog but they seem like nice folks. Check them out.

Heroes premiered this Monday which gave me a great start to my week. What was greater however was this…
It was one of the highlights of the show. I was not super thrilled about the episode when it ended compared to last season’s episodes, but I am happy and still have this show as my number one.
